Eura Mobil confirms every order with the dealer, specifying the anticipated delivery date. For questions regarding delivery status and for a specific delivery date, please contact your dealer directly.
We do not offer factory pick-ups.
In the course of the increasing risk of infection with the corona virus throughout Germany, we have stepped up our efforts to protect our employees and customers. As measures to reduce contact, we offer, among other things currently no factory tours.

In the event of changes to the technical design or registration papers of your Karmann Mobil vehicle, please contact your dealer directly, who will receive all of the information and documentation required from us.
For questions / orders regarding spare parts, your Karmann Mobil dealer is the right person to ask. Using the chassis number, he will be able to search the electronic spare parts catalogue to find a quick and reliable answer to your question. Spare parts are sent from our central spare parts repository to dealers and service partners on a daily basis.

As a measure to reduce contact, we have closed the spare parts sales at the factory until further notice. However, the dispatch of spare parts to your local dealer takes place as usual.

Please be aware that we are unable to provide you with any repair or assembly instructions for work on our vehicles. Please contact your Karmann Mobil dealer, who has all of the documentation required and will be able to explain and carry out the work required on your vehicle on site.
Karmann Mobil motor homes are manufactured in series production. Personal preferences can be accommodated as part of our extensive special features programme. Any special requests that go beyond this should be discussed with your Karmann Mobil dealer. He will be happy to assist you in his own workshop, or can recommend a specialist company to take care of any conversions or special customisations.
Eura Mobil GmbH offers a leak guarantee of a total of five years for the superstructure on Karmann Mobil vehicles. For any warranty claims to be upheld, however, an annual leak test must be carried out by an authorised Karmann Mobil service partner. Please submit any guarantee and warranty claims directly to your Karmann Mobil service partner. An expert assessment by the authorised specialist company is essential for any warranty services provided by Eura Mobil GmbH.
In the course of the current Corona protection regulations, the motorhome parking space at the Eura Mobil plant is closed.
